Soundview Restaurant, Long Island, New York

Overlooks the Atlantic Block Island Sound, at the brink of the inland waterfront

 About the place:

In the early 30’s this restaurant was originally called Jack’s Shack  and served unique burgers and ice cream.   It is right on the shoreline of a secluded stretch of pristine waterfront,  with the sea only a few feet away.   Views are of the Atlantic and the inland sound with soft rolling hills.    On a clear evening the sunsets are fabulous.  This location is great for sea ducks and divers/loons.
